Causes
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, what we stand for is in our name - California Youth Charities. The youth is in the heart of our name because we aim to provide a better tomorrow to children lacking adequate resources required to survive in today’s society while helping build a promising future in a stronger community. California Youth Charities donation services are creating a circular impact by promoting preventive measures towards future complications. California Youth Charites causes, include:

Residents are paying, on average, over 40% more in rent and living accommodations, which often leads to a reduced quality of living. Aside from the basic necessities, many residents are not able to afford the amenities needed to sustain a healthy lifestyle. The most vulnerable groups are lacking the essential items needed to survive in today's economy. This group includes poverty-stricken families, low-income households, and assisted living arrangements that help at-risk youth such as residential care facilities and group homes. Youth:
Estimates show over 8-million children in the United States at or below the poverty level, with up to an additional 700,000 unaccompanied minors experiencing homelessness in a given year. These children lack the basic and essential resources needed on a daily basis. Residential treatment centers, including Foster Care Centers, Group Homes, and Youth Homeless Shelters can provide temporary to permanent housing solutions for children with the highest risks. This is the first step to recovery for adolescents facing extreme hardships, but moving forward is often a tumultuous journey. A difficult early childhood can leave children with long-term social, physical and mental health issues. For more information, see the Youth Objective Page.
